②本機(jī)采用進(jìn)口圓刀，切面光潔，無連刀；刀具設(shè)計(jì)合理，方便拆卸，易清洗。

③本機(jī)凡與食物接觸部分均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)304不銹鋼制造，輸送帶為白色無毒橡膠帶，符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，是理想的肉類加工設(shè)備。
