用途：本機可將0～-5℃的凍肉塊、鮮肉、脂肪、莖類蔬菜等切割成丁、條、片狀，一機多用，工作效率高。廣泛應用于肉食加工中心、餐飲連鎖配送、機關高校食堂。

特性：本機整體采用優(yōu)質不銹鋼材料加工制作，安全防護性能好，切割零件拆卸簡易，易于清洗；網(wǎng)格刀具，切刀可自行拆卸而調出不同尺寸，切丁標準高；切割厚度可通過液壓自行調整，以滿足不同厚度的需要；預壓設計，保證切出肉塊的均勻。
