該系列產(chǎn)品采用不銹鋼鍋體，凡與食品接觸的零、部件均采用不銹鋼材料制造并進(jìn)行拋光處理；攪拌系統(tǒng)采用自轉(zhuǎn)公轉(zhuǎn)相結(jié)合的方式其傳動(dòng)比為不整數(shù)傳動(dòng)比，保證鍋內(nèi)無(wú)任何攪拌死點(diǎn)。該系列設(shè)備自動(dòng)/液壓型是利用液壓推力使攪拌臂翻轉(zhuǎn)，免拆裝攪拌器，再利用液壓推力傾翻鍋體，易于進(jìn)出原料節(jié)省人力；采用無(wú)級(jí)變頻調(diào)速器能將高粘度產(chǎn)物混合均勻加熱提高熱量，具有易于操作，工作效率高，耗能低，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，維修方便等特點(diǎn)，是性能優(yōu)良的攪拌機(jī)。
